Tim.
Tim graduated from the University of Otago in 2006 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, then continued to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Medicine in 2009. He also holds qualifications in Clinical Pilates and Trigger Point Dry Needling and has experience working alongside some of New Zealand’s leading physiotherapists and sports teams.
​
His passion for physiotherapy grew from his own background in competitive sport, including over 10 years playing football. Having experienced injuries and rehab firsthand, Tim understands how frustrating they can be and how important the right support is to get back on track.
Outside of the clinic, Tim enjoys running, golf, and time at the gym, as well as spending time with his family.

Tim is the Founder of Dalman Physiotherapy and is also involved as a working member of the Wellington sports medicine committee.

Angeline.
Angeline graduated from the University of Otago, with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2024. With a background in competitive tennis, she's always had a strong interest in movement, performance and helping people recover from injury.
​
She enjoys working with a wide range of people from athletes to those just wanting to move better day-to-day. Angeline also works in a retirement home twice a week, supporting older adults in hospital-level care, to stay mobile and independent. On weekends, she's involved in sports physiotherapy for netball and has also worked courtside with handball and football players, helping athletes manage injuries and return to play.
​
Alongside physiotherapy, Angeline is a tennis coach and enjoys helping people build confidence through movement. She aims to create a relaxed and supportive environment in clinic where clients feel comfortable and involved in their rehab (not just told to 'do your exercise!'

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, racquet sports and doing Les Mills classes.

John.
John graduated from the University of Ulster in Belfast in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy. His began his career in the United Kingdom, working within the NHS across large hospitals before specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
He has gained experience in trauma care, post operative rehabilitation, as well as working with athletes. John has also contributed to an Achillies tendon research trial.

Since moving to New Zealand in 2018, John has worked in physiotherapy clinics across New Zealand and Australia, shaping his well rounded and adaptable approach to patient care. He has a strong background in health and fitness and is passionate about helping people perform at their best.

Outside of the clinic, John is a qualified CrossFit coach and gym owner, running Hypha CrossFit in Wellington.

Katie.
Katie graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2024. She has a strong foundation in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with experience managing a range of conditions and a passion for sports rehabilitation as well as strengthening and conditioning.
​
She has experience in sports physiotherapy, where she has provided support for various football teams within the New Zealand Central and National Leagues, as well as within the FIFA world cup qualifiers in 2026. Alongside her medicing experience, Katie has also been involved within the community where she previously worked as a swim teacher – building strong skills in communication, coaching and movement education across a wide age range.
She continues to get involved when she can, including helping the older community with exercise classes and movement when possible.

Outside of work, Katie values an active and balanced lifestyle. She enjoys weights, going to HIIT classes at the gym with her friends, and loves going on long walks with a coffee or a podcast.

Gina.
Gina moved to New Zealand in 2009, prior to which she graduated from Queen’s University in Canada with a Bachelor of Life Science, Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2007. She began her career in a multidisciplinary clinic in Canada before continuing in New Zealand and has since completed further training in Dry needling. Gina is also a credentialed therapist with the McKenzie Institute.
​
Gina has a strong sporting background, being involved in ice hockey, hockey and football competitively from a young age. She has been involved in CrossFit since 2012 both as athlete and coach, holding her Level 2 Certificate, a mobility certification and completing the Aerobic Capacity course. This has allowed her to develop unique knowledge of various sports, as well as the skills to assist in movement assessment, technique correction, scaling options, and return to activity programs.

Outside of physiotherapy, Gina continues to coach and participate in CrossFit, as well as spending as much time with her kids and family as possible.

Alex.
Alex attended and graduated from the Northumbria University in Newcastle 2019, and now holds a Bachelor in Sport and Exercise Science, a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology as well as a Masters in Physiotherapy. His academic background is complemented by hands on experience in both hospital and private practice settings, as well as extensive work in sporting environments.
​
His journey in physiotherapy was inspired by his 13-year career as a competitive swimmer - his own experience with sporting injuries sparked a deep interest in health, nutrition and recovery. He utilises a combination of hands-on treatments and tailored exercise prescriptions grounded in the latest research evidence to help patients achieve their goals and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Outside of professional life, Alex loves traveling, music, outdoor activities and cooking. Since retiring from swimming, he has also transitioned to training and competing in CrossFit which maintains his personal fitness.

Gareth.
Meet Gareth, a physiotherapist with 3 years of experience and a passion for sports and rehabilitation. With a background as a world champion underwater hockey player and experience with rugby, as a player for Wairarapa bush and NZ universities. Gareth brings a deep understanding of athletic performance and injury recovery to his practice.
During Gareth's career in sports, he developed a keen interest in physiotherapy after experiencing firsthand the importance of effective rehabilitation from injury. This led him to pursue a degree in physiotherapy, with an interest sports medicine and rehabilitation. Gareth is committed to helping individuals achieve their optimal fitness levels post-injury, utilizing his expertise in manual therapy, exercise prescription, Dry-needling and sports-specific rehabilitation techniques.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Gareth continues to engage in a wide range of sports and activities, reflecting his belief in the power of physical fitness for overall well-being. Whether in the clinic or on the field, Gareth is driven by a genuine desire to support others in overcoming physical challenges and reaching their full potential.
